Senobe has a three tiered approach to training and development. Athletes progress from one level to the next based on age, objectives, and commitment to the sport.

High Performance

15 + Year Round

11 - 13 sessions per week (year round)

Training to win. Developing physical skills to pursue high level racing National Championships, Canada Games, Junior World Championships
